LAUNDRY
Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. Towels, however, are not included in the rental, but can be provided at an additional cost. Two tea towels are provided for washing dishes.
SUPPLIES
We make sure that you find certain essential items when you arrive on site: at least one roll of toilet paper, a bag in each trash can, dishwashing detergent, a few fire starters, etc. However, you must be independent and plan yourself what you will need for the duration of your stay. The lodges are equipped with filter coffee makers.

ARRIVAL TIMES
Arrivals are possible from 5 p.m. We will probably not be able to welcome you before this time, so please do not arrive early.
HOME
Our home is located in the immediate vicinity of the gîtes. As far as possible, we make sure to be available upon your arrival to show you around. However, if we have to be absent or if your arrival is planned for a late time, we will provide you with the necessary information in order to settle in completely independently.
when you leave
DEPARTURE TIMES
The cottage must be vacated before 11 a.m. You can call us as soon as you are ready to leave so that we can come and take stock of the situation with you.
HOUSEHOLD
General cleaning is our responsibility, however we ask you before your departure:

- empty the bins taking into account local sorting instructions
- clean and put away dishes and kitchen utensils in their place
- undo the sheets from the beds that have been used
- to guarantee minimum maintenance during your stay (clean the worktops and tables daily, wipe the fridge with a sponge and vacuum from time to time if necessary).

DO YOUR SHOPPING IN THE VILLAGE
You will find various shops in the village of Fay-sur-Lignon (5 minutes by car from the gîtes): bakery , butcher , grocery store, local products , pizzeria, pharmacy , post office , bank . In addition, a small market is held on Wednesday morning with a greengrocer, a butcher and a dairy.
In short, you will find all basic food products (bread, fruit and vegetables, cheese, meat, cold meats, rice, pasta, etc.) as well as most basic necessities in the village shops (toilet paper, hygiene and maintenance products...)
SUPERMARKETS & SERVICE STATIONS
If, however, you cannot find what you need among the village shops or if you need to stock up, you can go to the following towns:
- Chambon-sur-Lignon,
- Saint-Julien-Chapteuil,
- Yssingeaux.
in case of snow
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Our department is subject to the obligation to have equipment suitable for winter driving for the period from November 1 to March 31. You will therefore be required to have removable anti-slip devices adapted to your vehicle (chain or socks) if your car is not equipped with snow tires.
CAR PARK
In the event of snow, we limit vehicle access to the lodges. You will have to park near our home and walk down a few dozen meters.
